About this Project

A purpose built office and food processing facility, this project was designed in collaboration with the client to create an open office, functional administrative space and manufacturing building.

Featuring an architecturally designed facade, timber look aluminium battens behind the Ferndale logo along with Trimdek wall cladding and boxed out cement sheet sections, the entry to this building displays a timeless and contemporary look.

This custom designed and purpose built facility in Ballarat is fully equipped to produce some of the most well known confectionary food brands in a clean, modern and functional space.

The 4,670 sqm building consists of an open offices both upstairs and downstairs, a meeting room, storage room, amenities, hygiene room, kitchenettes both upstairs and downstairs, lunchroom, courtyard, plant room and a large workshop for production.
